This policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered when purchasing from Spirit Echo Tea. We are committed to complete transparency regarding our shipping fees and fulfillment locations.
1. Fulfillment Locations & Logistics
We use a split-fulfillment model to ensure you receive the freshest tea and the highest quality accessories:

Spirit Echo Loose-Leaf Teas: Hand-packaged and shipped directly from our primary facility in Austin, Texas, USA.

Tea Accessories & Hardware: Fulfilled by our specialized international partners, including those located in China, to offer unique and artisanal designs.
Note: Because your items may ship from different warehouses, orders containing both tea and accessories will arrive in separate packages at different times.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Transit times begin after the 1–3 business day processing period. All timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs & Transparency
Shipping fees are clearly displayed in your cart before you finalize your purchase. We do not apply "hidden" handling fees or surcharges after checkout.

Standard Tea Shipping: Rates are calculated by weight or value at checkout. Free shipping may apply to select domestic tea orders over $50.00.

Accessory Shipping: A flat international shipping rate of $12.99 applies to most accessories to cover international logistics and tracking. Orders over $30.00 qualify for free shipping.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking links for each package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the label is created.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For accessories shipped internationally:

Prices shown on our site include all applicable sales tax.

In most cases, customs duties are not charged due to the value of the items. However, any import duties or local taxes incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Missing or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Items: If your tea or infuser arrives damaged, please email info@spiritechotea.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Lost Packages: If a package is marked "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly. If they cannot locate it, contact us, and we will open an investigation on your behalf.
