This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled for purchases made from Spirit Echo Tea.
No-Return Policy
We do not accept physical returns of products.

Tea products: Due to food safety regulations, food and beverage items cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Tea accessories: We do not require accessories to be mailed back for a refund or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue.

Reporting period: Contact info@spiritechotea.com within 7 days of delivery.

Verification: Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Resolution: Once verified, you may choose one of the following:

A full refund to the original payment method, or
-
A replacement item shipped at no additional cost.

No items are required to be returned.
Fees & Charges

No restocking fees are charged.

No return shipping fees are required.

If a refund is issued for a damaged or incorrect item, any shipping fees paid at checkout (including international shipping fees for accessories) will be fully refunded.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before shipment.
Once an order has entered “Shipped” status or a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
